From Server to Senior Leader: Alissar's Story of Progression at Bally’s
"The sky's the limit" at Bally's. Take it from Alissar. Her career has gone from strength to strength for almost 20 years here. And it’s not slowing down anytime soon.
Since starting at Bally’s Twin River Lincoln in 2007, Alissar’s journey has progressed from being a Cashier & Server while juggling a bachelor’s degree, to now sitting as Regional Director of HR. It’s Alissar’s hard work and dedication that’s got her to where she is, but it’s Bally’s support that has guided her in the right direction.
Nineteen years. Seven different roles. Same bold company.
Alissar's career at Bally’s is one that keeps climbing. Here’s the roles she’s put her all into over the years:

- Regional Executive Director of HR (current)

Making an Impact That Matters
For Alissar, climbing the ladder meant gaining the power to create real change. Her greatest achievement? Spearheading an inclusive employment initiative in partnership with AccessPoint RI. The initiative was so impactful it was featured on Channel 10 NBC News' "Tell Me Something Good."
Alissar says, "This initiative fostered diversity, strengthened our teams, and created meaningful opportunities. It demonstrates that inclusion drives innovation and brighter futures."
