Program Management

Coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives to hit strategic milestones. Program Management oversees large-scale projects that span multiple teams.

Operations

Managing the 24/7 logistical heartbeat of the digital platforms. Digital Operations handles day-to-day running of our site. They are "air traffic control" for the player experience, keeping the platform functional and safe.

Driving player acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle loyalty. Marketing use data-driven insights to understand player behavior, creating personalized campaigns that keep users coming back.

Broadcast

Producing live-action content and real-time sports media. The Broadcast team creates, edits, and optimizes network-quality video, live shows and sports highlights for digital and broadcast distribution.

Regulatory Reporting

Ensuring technical and financial transparency with global regulators. This specialized unit act as the technical bridge between Financial and Compliance, ensuring specific laws are followed.

Compliance

Protecting our license to operate through rigorous digital guardrails. The Compliance team set the "rules of play" for our apps. They work with the Product team to build safety features into the app's core design.

People Team, HR & Payroll

Supporting the global tech talent that builds the Ballyverse. This team manages the employee lifecycle for our digital workforce. They ensure our teams always remain connected under the #AllOneTeam philosophy.
